Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you have received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

Please note: Return shipping costs apply.

To request for a return, please first contact us at service@thetotery.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns will not be accepted if you send the package to us without contacting us beforehand.

Postage will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and contact you as soon as possible. 

Product Exchange
We do not offer exchange services. We advise that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order at your earliest convenience.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
