Please note you may experience a shipping delay due to the current Covid-19 situation. We thank you for your understanding in advance.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING Totery ships to all 50 US states and all US territories. All orders are processed in 1-3 business days. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.

*Please note that the shipping times listed above are only estimates, and are subject to change. Once the package is scanned by the post office we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

Shipping details: Most international orders ship with USPS. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, shipping charges will not be refunded (but we are happy to work with you to get the products back to you). Please note that international orders may experience delays in customs.

BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS
 All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For standard shipping, orders must be placed by 11:59pm (PST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day. Packages do not ship on certain holidays. 

ORDER CHANGES Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. As our team tries to fulfill each order quickly, please email us at service@thetotery.com within 24 hours if you would like to cancel or change your order. After 24 hours, we are unable to accept requests to combine shipping or add/delete items.

CONFIRMATION You should receive a shipping confirmation when the label for your order is created. If you have received a shipping confirmation, but are unable to track the item, it means that your order is still being processed. Once the label is scanned by USPS, it will begin tracking. 

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS Totery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost/stolen packages.

INCORRECT ADDRESS Please double check your shipping address house before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot revise the shipping address. Totery is not responsible for packages shipped to/returned from an incorrect address.

INCORRECT / DAMAGED ORDERS If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt. Please include a photo and description of the damaged item(s). Refunds of damaged items are issued at our discretion.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at service@thetotery.com within 14 days with your name, order number, and the reason(s) why they did not work for you. Our team will contact you within 3 business days to coordinate your return. Please remember, return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition to be accepted.
